OptionFair’s trading platform was created by TechFinancial, and is a quick and easy platform which offers a simple route to any trade. Its layout is relatively unique but works very well, and has certain elements which are configurable.
The first decision a trader must make is what type of trade they are making, these are listed on the left-hand side of the trading platform. The selected option is brought to the forefront, below that are any further trade choices.
The asset filter is next, the list will default to the most popular trades but can be changed to display the asset category such as Stock, Currencies, Commodities or indices. This list will update automatically and default to the next expiry time. Once an asset is selected, the information displayed in the price chart on the right side of the trading are will update.
In the centre and right-hand side of the area is where the trader will find the trading buttons, asset price graphs and the trade information area. This area clarifies and illustrates the terms of any trade. The ‘High’ or ‘Low’ buttons and the strike price are central.
The amount and payout are listed just to the right of the trading buttons, the potential payout with automatically update once the amount field is completed. Once the trader setup their trade, they can then click invest to open the trade. Open trades can then be found beneath the trade area, here is where the trader can track how well their trades are performing.
